In a large mixing bowl combine the condensed Cream of Chicken Soup, lemon juice, dijon mustard, mayonnaise, salt and pepper, mix together. Add the cooked chicken, green onions, celery, green pepper, peas, and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese, mix together. Gently stir in the French Fried Onions and almonds, mix until combined. Save some onions to sprinkle on top.
Spoon mixture into a large casserole baking dish, sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese and French Fried Onions. Cover with foil (spray the underside of the foil with non-stick cooking spray to keep the cheese from sticking to the foil) and bake at 375° for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
