cream cheese

feta cheese

unsalted butter
(1/2 stick), softened

scallions,
including stalk (white & green parts), finely chopped

tsp
Hungarian sweet Paprika,
more or less to taste
1/4
tsp
salt,
more or less to taste
Optional Ingredients (most prefer without)

prepared mustard

tsp
caraway seeds
Instructions
Bring cream cheese, feta, and butter to room temperature. Place in a bowl along with the remaining ingredients; blend well.
Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with extra scallions and serve alongside an assortment of crackers, French baguette, pumpernickel, or rye bread.
