1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

1 1/2 tablespoons dijon mustard

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon ground black pepper

3 green onions, thinly sliced

1 cup celery, thinly sliced

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1 (10 oz) package frozen peas

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup slivered almonds, chopped

1 (6 oz) can French Fried Onions

Instructions:

Save some onions to sprinkle on top.
  • Spoon mixture into a large casserole baking dish, sprinkle with remaining 1 cup of cheese and French Fried Onions. Cover with foil (spray the underside of the foil with non-stick cooking spray to keep the cheese from sticking to the foil) and bake at 375°F for 30 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
