Ingredients

  • 2 cups mashed bananas, (5 overripe bananas)
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted (1 stick)
  • 1 ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ cup of milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon +/- coarse sugar, (to top)
