Ingredients:


6 chicken breasts, cooked and diced into cubes

1 family size can, 22.6 oz condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons of curry powder

½ teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Prepared white rice for serving

Instructions:


  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • In a medium mixing bowl combine, cream of chicken soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder, salt and pepper. Mix together and set aside.
  • Place cooked broccoli in your favorite 13x9-in. casserole dish, sprinkle a little bit of shredded cheese over the broccoli. Layer with cooked chicken, and sprinkle with a little more cheese.
