A savory cheese spread with feta, whipped cream cheese, scallions, and sweet Hungarian Paprika that Giovanni’s mother always made for family, friends, and special occasions. Giovanni learned how to make it from her, and taught it to me. It’s called Körözött; a traditional favorite in Hungarian families, mine, and now I hope yours.
